I missed a day, so, DOUBLE FEATURE
Should this count? It was never released and all that jazz.
You know what? Sure it does. It's playable now.

I haven't ever even seen an episode of Gundam.
But that's the kind of show where you almost don't have to have seen it to know what it's about; its reputation and effect on the world kinda state its case for itself as to why it's practically its own genre at this point.
I honestly couldn't decide between these two.
On one hand, you have a decent so-bad-it's-hilairious voice synth arcade port, and on the other hand you have what the first Battletoads on NES should have been. (Yes, I know of the original NES version of Battletoads and Double Dragon)
Now look, guys, I'm real sorry about the long period of hiatus. Work got busy, crap happened with life, etc etc excuses excuses. To make it up to y'all, I'll divulge some facts about myself.
That is; MY TOP TEN FAVOURITE GAMES OF EACH MAJOR CONSOLE.
Why Halo there...
...That was stupid. Let me try that again.
I have just recently finished playing through the campaign of Halo 4, so I have decided to do a review of my experiences playing through that game. I am a big fan of the Halo franchise, in fact besides Metroid is probably my favorite video game series. Halo 3 was one of my favorites out of all of them, its balance between a solid campaign and a great multiplayer made it the best all around.
At the end of Halo 3 when I saw that Master Chief was orbiting around another planet I was eager to know where his journey was going to take him next. I was even more happy when they announced another Halo game, but it turned out to be Halo: Reach, which was an exceptional game, But there was no Master Chief to be found.
Now, fast forward to November 6, 2012, Halo 4 is released on the Xbox 360, and I think to myself "Yes, back to the old. I can fight the Flood again, I get to find another Halo Installation, and I even get to meet the Forerunners, this will be great."
Retro of the week now has a facebook page! Go check it out. Pretty soon here I'll be integrating some more soecial networking features into the site, all of which are to be determined.
By the power of the Crown of Wishes, I, Desmond Moonstride, commission you.
The Crown of Wishes.
Legend had it that a glorious crown resided deep within the mountains. This crown contained numerous precious gems, and each gem held more power than that of the most renowned wizards. Those who wore the crown could have any wish that they could possibly imagine granted to them. Of course, such a legend did not come without warning, and it dictated that many had set out in search of this magnificent artefact only to fail, never to be seen again.
Desmond Moonstride was quite willing to accept that risk.
I love to play things created by the fans; fans truly know what makes a game series great, even if the original creators do not. Which brings us to the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise... Not doing so well overall in recent times. However, the fans of this series have made some pretty stand out stuff. This is why I am creating Fan Works - a series of articles dedicated to the works of fans. It won't be all Sonic stuff, either. But today, I have two special fan games:
